Returns & Exchanges

How to Return Items

If you want to request a refund within 60 days of delivery, you can follow these return steps:

 

A. Sign in to your Sanbuy account.

B. Go to "My Orders" and specify the order number (a 6-digit number) and the specific item that you want to return..

C. Contact our Customer Care Team, explain why you want to return them, and submit your request along with the order number.


Print the return label and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.

Arrange for the post office to collect your package or drop it off at your nearest post office.

Send us the tracking number.


Please note:

If we don't approve your return request or if you return items in an unacceptable condition, we may not process a refund.

Make sure the package is intact and in its original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged, use a box of similar size to the original one.


Exchanges & Replacements

If you want to make an exchange or need a replacement, please return the original item to us and place a new order for the replacement.

 

Shipping Cost

We'll cover the cost of return shipping if you receive incorrect/defective items or products that are damaged upon arrival. If the product is not defective or it's not the wrong item, you should cover the return shipping fee. We'll offer a full refund for all returnable items, excluding original shipping fees for items that are not eligible for free shipping, upgraded shipping charges, or insurance fees.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

 

Items damaged during return shipping

Clearance items

Personalized items

Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned)

Items you have already assembled

Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page

That's why we extend the return period for orders placed during Chinese holidays. Please note that this policy applies to all eligible items and orders, and all other policies listed in our Return Policy also apply.

 

If you receive an item during a Chinese holiday and wish to return it, please follow our standard return process outlined in our Return Policy within the extended holiday return period. As always, we require that the item be in new, undamaged, and unused condition with all original product inserts and accessories, and in its original packaging.
