1. Standard Return Policy
Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days and we will start the return process within 30 days after receiving your item.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
In cases of the remorse returns: the item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We can arrange the refund of the products and shipping charges if the return is the wrong or defective product.
2. Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:
Items delivered by Standard Shipping that were received damaged or have a manufacturers defect:
If your products was damaged in shipping or if you wish to return it, please contact our customer care within 72 hours. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling fees.
If you are not completely satisfied, or manufacturing defect is discovered after the 30-day return period, for any other issues concerning Standard Deliveries, contact us within 30 days after delivery and we will offer you the professional after-sale service.
For high-value items, we may ask for return.
When processing your return, all of the accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries should be included in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.
Buyers should be responsible for all the return shipping fees.
After receiving your return, we can:
Sending you replacement parts or accessories
Replacing or exchanging the product
Issue a partial/ full refund
For lost items, we will arrange the replacement if it’s in stock. Or else we will refund you.
Depending on the size of your order and our inventory, it is common for items to arrive separately and via different methods of delivery.
We may have placed the part(s) you are looking for in a unusual location as some products have special requirements for packaging and transportation, If not, please contact Customer Care to better serve you.
Requests for a refund or a replacement after 30 days from delivery are not acceptable.

1. If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team first. We need you to attach necessary information to the parcel, including the name you used when placing the order and the order number. Otherwise we cannot identify which order it is.
2. Make sure the item you need to return in new, undamaged, unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
3. Please double check the returning address and recipient BEFORE you return the item. If not, we may not able to successfully receive the item, hence we are not able to start the refund or exchange process.
4. Once shipped, please contact our Customer Care and provide tracking number of the returning parcel so we can track the status of the returning item ASAP.
5. Only when we receive the returning parcel and inspect the condition of goods can we start the refund or exchange process.
