How can I unsubscribe?

 

The “unsubscribe” option is set at the bottom of each email we send. You can click the “unsubscribe” and follow the instructions to unsubscribe.

 

Applying any changes may take 48 hours. We will continue to send you e-mail about your shipment, delivery and order information regardless of your email subscription.

Why can’t I log into my account?

 

When you are unable to log in to your account, please follow the steps below:


1) First, please check yourself. In most cases, login fails because you have entered an incorrect email address or password.


2) If you try many times and still can’t log in, you can choose to reset your password. Click “login” in the upper right corner of our home page, then select “forget password”, enter your registered email address in the box provided, you may receive a reset email, return to your mailbox, and create a new password through a new link.



If you can’t find our email, please check your spam folder.


 


Delete My account

 

Can I delete my account?

 

The personal account cannot be canceled by user. If necessary, please contact customer care.


Please note that after your account is closed, any notice from our system will not be sent to you. But you can test it on our Site. If the account is successfully deleted, it will show you “The E-mail Address or Password you entered is incorrect”. You don’t need to reply to our customer care for confirmation. Please don’t forget to “unsubscribe” after deleting your account.

 


Change/Update Email Address

 

How to change my email address?

 

Sorry, we don’t support changing or updating the customer’s e-mail address at present. Please double check whether the e-mail address is correct before registering.

 

If necessary, you can:

 

If you have not placed an order or your previous order has been completed, you can contact customer care to delete your account first. Then a new account can be created with the new email address.

 

If orders has not been finished, please mark your order number. We can help you delete your original account after your orders finish. Then a new account can be created with the new email address.

 


Password Reset

 

How to reset password?

 

To reset the password, follow these steps:


1) Sign in your account.


2) Click “Change Password”, then you can enter the new password and click OK.


 

If you unfortunately forget your password, follow these steps:


1) On the upper right corner of our home page,you can click “login”.


2) Then, you can select “Forgot Your Password”.


3) Enter your registered email address in the box provided.


4) A reset email will be sent to your email, return to your mailbox, and use the link to reset your new password.
