Refunds

1.How long will it take to get the refund?

After receiving the returned item, we will check it as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days to process the refund, which will be returned to your payment account.

If you would like us to refund the amount to your credit/debit card, the timeline depends on your financial institution. Usually, it takes 10-30 business days to receive the refund. If you would like us to refund the amount to your PayPal account, it will take 2-7 business days.

2.What should I do if the refund value is not correct?

We apologize if the refunded amount is incorrect. Please contact our Customer Service, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that the following situations may impact the refunded amount:

1)Shipping fees and upgraded shipping charges can only be refunded for canceled orders before shipment.

2)Any discounts that were applied when you checked out may no longer be available.

3. Why cant I get my full refund?

We will provide a full refund for all returnable items, excluding original shipping fees, upgraded shipping charges (such as expedited or express shipping), assembly services included with delivery, and return insurance fees.
