Order Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check your mailbox and contact any possible signing representatives first. You can also use the tracking number and ID card to check with the shipping courier. Sometimes packages may be marked as delivered within 48 hours before arrival, so kindly wait for a while. If you still can't find your package or receive an empty package, please contact our customer service.
