Missing Components: Get Free Replacement Parts
If some components of your order are missing, we will replace them for free as soon as possible. To get your missing parts, please contact our Customer Care team and make sure you have your order number, item SKU number and invoice number ready.
Please note that you need to complete this process within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for free replacement parts. If you contact us after 30 days, we may not be able to provide free replacement parts.
