We will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely. If any issues arise, we will sort out any problems with defective or stained items immediately.
If your package arrives empty or the item(s) in your order never arrive, you can file for a refund.
If obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging can be seen when the parcel arrives, please inspect the contents with the delivery courier. If you find the item(s) damaged, please refuse to sign for the parcel and write "Refusal due to damage" on the delivery package. Keep the documentation of the delivery and contact our Customer Care.
If any damage or defects are discovered after delivery, please contact Customer Care. We may arrange a return, issue a replacement, or issue a refund. Please keep all original packaging materials and apply for a return within 30 days of discovering damage or defects after delivery.
If you need any help, please contact Customer Care and provide the following information: (1) The order number; (2) The product's name or SKU number of the item; (3) A description of the problems and some clear photos; (4) The original packaging materials if necessary; (5) Your requests.
Return instructions for the damaged or defective item will be provided as soon as we receive your request.
